Format: New, undamaged, publisher- or vendor-reinforced paperbacks only; no hardcover, rebound, or library-bound editions.
Processing: Deliver shelf-ready with reinforced paperback coverings, barcodes, spine labels, and complete cataloging.
MARC records: Match each delivered ISBN and support direct upload into Follett Destiny; provide electronically before or with shipment.
Delivery: Pack and label separately for each site, with category breakdowns and site-specific packing slips.
Pricing: Itemize all-inclusive costs by site and category, including processing and delivery. Each site's maximum is $15,833: nonfiction $7,916.50 (50%), general fiction $3,958.25 (25%), and manga/graphic novels $3,958.25 (25%). Total pricing must remain within $190,000.
