What the job is
Scope: Review corrective action documentation for accuracy and responsiveness to noncompliance findings, draft closing letters, and enter allegation citations and outcomes from complaint findings for fiscal years 2024–2026.
Qualifications: Experience with special education regulations, document review, formal correspondence, independent data analysis, and working with schools, early intervention programs, or public agencies. A bachelor’s degree in special education or an accepted alternative background is required; a Juris Doctor is preferred.
Term: Approximately October 15, 2026–September 30, 2027.
Pricing: Provide an hourly rate and estimated total, including all expenses. Approximately 1,000 total hours may be shared among multiple specialists.
