Materials and finishBlue polyethylene bodies with at least 10% post-consumer recycled plastic, 100% recyclable construction, UV protection, and custom white hot-stamped graphics. Carts require black lids and unique nine-digit white serial numbers.
Cart capacitiesLoad ratings exceeding 330/220/120 lbs and minimum resin weights of 29/22/14 lbs for the large/medium/small carts, respectively. Maximum dimensions (H × W × D): 48 × 30 × 36, 43 × 27 × 32, and 40 × 23 × 25 inches, respectively.
Cart constructionCompatible with fully automatic and semi-automatic lifting; minimum 10-inch wheels on large/medium carts and 8-inch wheels on small carts; solid steel axles at least 5/8 inch thick. Factory-mounted lids and resistance to tipping, movement, and lid opening in 30 mph winds are required.
18-gallon binsMinimum 4-lb resin weight, reinforced rolled lip and molded handles, anti-slide bottom, at least four drain holes, and nestable construction. Maximum exterior dimensions: 14 H × 18 W × 26 L inches.
Pricing optionsQuote each size without RFID, including serial-number inventory tracking and existing database transfer. Separately price factory-installed embedded UHF RFID with serial-number mapping, and four-color UV-protected in-mold lid labels.
Delivery and reclaimDelivery within six weeks of each order. Include freight and any required same-day collection of damaged carts/bins; quote a per-unit reclaimed-parts credit based on an estimated annual quantity of 30,000.
