What the job is
Class A uniforms: Navy wool-blend or polyester/rayon-blend shirts, dress jackets, stretch-waist pants, felt/straw hats with badge eyelets, clip-on ties, and tie clips. Shirts require five military creases, reinforced elbows, badge holders, and a tailored fit over body armor.
Class B uniforms: Navy stretchable, fluid-resistant ripstop shirts and cargo pants with permanent military creases. Shirts require hidden front zippers and a fit over body armor; pants require self-adjusting waistbands. Include winter jackets with liners, embroidered winter/baseball hats, gloves, and sewing/embroidery charges.
Sizing and color: Men’s and women’s shirts S–5XL; men’s pants 28–54; women’s pants 0–20. Garments must use the same cloth or have guaranteed dye matching.
Duty equipment: Engraved name tags (5/8 × 2 1/2 inches), black duty belts (sizes 30–64), badges/insignia, belt attachments, holsters, magazine and handcuff cases, pouches, batons, pepper spray, and tourniquets. Include Motorola APX 6000-compatible radio holders and Streamlight ProTac HL-X rechargeable 1,300-lumen flashlights or equivalents for approval.
