What the job is
Supply and delivery: Firm, non-interruptible supply covering 100% of facility commodity requirements, with variable monthly volumes; delivery to the ESNG Transco City Gate for redelivery through ESNG and Chesapeake Utilities.
Management: Handle procurement, nominations, scheduling, transportation, storage, capacity arrangements, and balancing, with 24-hour operational support.
Pricing: Quote a fixed monthly management fee for each year. Commodity, transportation, capacity, and balancing costs must pass through at actual cost without markup or additional fees.
Term: Five years plus five optional one-year renewals; anticipated start in December 2026.
Qualifications: Maryland-licensed retail gas supplier with applicable pipeline access, at least five years of relevant experience, and experience managing a customer consuming over 250,000 Dth annually.
