Please quote replacement of three pairs and two single doors at Conococheague WWTP, Control Building, 16232 Elliott Parkway, Williamsport, MD 21795.
Services: Measure five openings, remove and dispose of existing doors, and supply and install replacements with required hardware.
Main entrance: Ceco LP insulated 18-gauge galvanized steel doors with 6” x 30” safety-glass windows and a new Ceco SU 16-gauge galvanized welded frame, 5-3/4” deep, with masonry anchors, or equal.
Lab entrance: Matching steel doors with safety-glass windows; repair, paint and reuse the existing frame and provide protective frame covers.
Other doors: Insulated fiberglass doors, Tiger Door Heavy Duty Series by Phoenix Door Systems or equal; reuse specified frames, hinges and the exterior over-door frame, and repair the rear lab frame.
Hardware: Provide the specified exit devices, locks, closers, protective plates, thresholds and weather seals; steel door pairs also need new stainless steel hinges.
Schedule: Complete within 90 calendar days of award and provide at least a 12-month warranty.

Interior FRP single requires a lockset and hold-open closer; rear FRP single requires a rim exit device, cylinder, closer, kickplate, threshold, sweep and weatherstripping.
