What the job is
Volume and term: Estimated 80 monitored devices monthly for five years, anticipated January 1, 2027–December 31, 2031. Please provide monthly per-device pricing for each year.
Monitoring: 24/7 monitoring of supervised individuals’ online and offline activity, including websites, communications, transferred/deleted files, external storage, and keyword-triggered screenshots.
Compatibility and installation: Support Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and ChromeOS; remote self-installation with installation verification and tamper alerts.
Access and controls: Secure web portal with unlimited users, real-time access, individual restrictions, internet disabling, identity verification, and immediate violation alerts to up to five email addresses.
Data and reports: Secure vendor-hosted storage, daily backups, redundant recovery systems, daily activity reports, searchable archives, custom reporting, and CSV exports.
Training and support: Initial and ongoing remote training, refresher/new-user training at least every six months, 24-hour toll-free technical support, and included software updates.
Legal support: Affidavits and expert testimony; quote an all-inclusive hourly rate for an estimated 10 hours, including time and expenses.
Experience: At least three years of public safety internet monitoring experience within the past five years, with three relevant references.
