What the job is
Equipment: One enclosed flare and three skid-mounted blowers, with space for a fourth blower; system capacity up to 4,500 cfm at 50% methane.
Skid components: Condensate knockout pot, gas-routing tee, associated valves, actuators, flow meters, sensors, temperature monitoring, and digital chart recorder.
Controls: VFD-equipped blowers with inlet vacuum or discharge pressure control; integrate the new flare, existing utility flare, and gas-to-energy plant, including sequencing, prioritization, and pneumatic valve control.
Support: Shop drawings, controls narrative, operating manuals, installation advisory support, and startup/testing assistance. Installation and site work are by a separate contractor.
Delivery and pricing: Deliver and unload within 270 calendar days of authorization to proceed. Include freight, taxes, tariffs, and all charges.
