What they need
- ScheduleApproximately January 1–May 30, 2027, with all work completed by May 30.
- EngagementConduct up to eight stakeholder interviews or listening sessions and facilitate three in-person, approximately half-day workshops covering kickoff and vision, strategic planning and governance, and a tabletop exercise with an improvement workshop. Include facilitators, support personnel, and travel; meeting space is provided.
- Planning and operationsDevelop a strategic plan, annual work plan, bylaws, governance structure, activation and coordination guide, and resource, unmet-needs, and communication tools.
- Outreach and reviewPrepare membership recruitment and business engagement strategies and reusable outreach materials; conduct at least one outreach briefing and one virtual member review session.
- Final deliverablesProvide an exercise after-action report and improvement plan, revised documents, a three-year sustainability roadmap, a virtual final briefing, and editable source files.
- Experience and pricingMinimum three years of COAD development consulting experience. Please provide a lump-sum quote covering the complete scope.
