What the job is
Buildings: Two matching 1,000-square-foot bathhouses for Eagle and Heron campgrounds and one 800-square-foot bathhouse for the Youth Group campground, replacing existing facilities at their current locations.
Layout: Each building requires men's and women's shower/restrooms, two separate family/ADA shower/restrooms, a lockable 3–4-foot-wide utility chase, a maintenance closet with slop sink, and a covered outdoor dishwashing station.
Site and utilities: ADA parking and walkways; water, sewer, electrical and HVAC design; replacement sewer grinder pumps; and evaluation of septic upgrades.
Design services: Topographic surveys, soil borings and foundation analysis, demolition plans, detailed drawings, specifications, cost estimates, environmental reviews, and required permits and approvals.
Project support: Bidding assistance, construction-phase services, as-built drawings, and limited warranty support over an anticipated six-year period. Design professionals must hold applicable Maryland licenses.
