What the job is
Control room: Replace track lighting with four recessed 2 × 2 fixtures with full-range dimming; insulate above the drop ceiling and replace ceiling tiles and grid with 2 × 2 black tiles. Prep and paint walls and flat surfaces to match existing black.
Break room: Replace toilet with an ADA-compliant comfort-height model, replace sink and vanity, install a tankless water heater and slop sink in the closet, and convert lighting to LEDs.
Stairwell: Convert T-5 lighting to LEDs; prep and paint walls and flat surfaces to match existing white, excluding rails and bannisters.
Separate alternate: Replace approximately 250 sq. ft. of ceiling tiles in the third-floor break room, bathroom, and closet with 2 × 2 white acoustic tiles; reuse existing grid where possible.
Access and pricing: Protect operating equipment and avoid disrupting tower operations. At least one onsite lead must complete airport badging, background screening, and training. Include all labor, materials, equipment, trash removal, and portable toilets.
Schedule: Estimated start July 1, 2027; completion by December 2, 2027. Normal work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
