Data security: Written security program, multi-factor authentication, encryption in transit and at rest, PCI-DSS compliance for payment processing, and security incident notification within 24 hours.
Qualifications: Authorized to operate in Maryland with at least seven years in business.
Pricing: Provide contingency rates by account category for balances 0–180 days and over 180 days delinquent, plus returned-check charges and any setup, skip-tracing, legal support, or account management fees.
