Tour: 4K (3840 × 2160), suitable for the venue website, with full-venue navigation starting at the Midway/Offices and Normandy/Box Office entrances and separate sections for individual spaces.
Interior coverage: Normandy Arena (30,000 sq. ft.), including both seating levels, catwalk/rigging, lobby, concessions, backstage and truck bay; Midway Room (10,000 sq. ft.), including floor, stage and parking/truck bay entrance; Café (5,289 sq. ft.); Flanders Rooms (5,400 sq. ft.) and patio; Danang Rooms (3,948 sq. ft.).
Exterior coverage: Flanders and main parking lots, Gate B, box office, Normandy entrance/vestibule, Glen Ave. access toward the rear truck bay, and sidewalk to the Midway east entrance.
Catwalk access: Requires climbing a 12–15 ft. ladder to photograph catwalk and rigging approximately 44 ft. above the arena floor.
Photography windows: November 9–13 or November 30–December 4, 2026, or January 11–15, 2027; scheduling required in advance.
Deliverables and schedule: On-site planning visit within two weeks of agreement execution; draft tour 6–8 weeks after evaluation, subject to venue availability; two revision rounds, with revisions due two weeks after feedback and final delivery two weeks afterward.
Pricing: Include travel, photography, tour production, labor and equipment; identify the hosting platform and any monthly or annual fees.
