Site work: Include pavement sawcutting and restoration, traffic control, and erosion control.
Testing and warranty: Include system testing, a 45-day operational acceptance period with winter testing, and a one-year parts and labor warranty with 48-hour onsite service.
Schedule: All sites ready for operational testing by December 10, 2027; completion by April 7, 2028.
