Please quote 240 feet of 42-inch polyethylene pipe, 160 feet of 48-inch polyethylene pipe, four tees, nine split couplers, and three ring and grate sets for delivery to 1184 Cypress Island Ext., St. Martinville, Louisiana 70582.

Pipe: Double-wall corrugated polyethylene pipe must meet the 2026 Louisiana road and bridge specifications, sections 1006.1 and 1006.5.
Fittings: Tees: 42 by 24 inches, #4267AN; split couplers: 42 inches, #4265AA.
Grates: Ring and grate: 24-inch V-1610-4, 1130M3.
Approved sources: Pipe and gasket materials must be on the state's applicable approved materials lists before bid opening.
Notice: Notify Bryan Dedon two weeks before fabrication and notify the district before shipping.
Delivery: Call Jarrod Francois at 337-788-7502 at least 24 hours before delivery; deliveries are accepted Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, excluding holidays and times of disaster.
