Long-sleeve polos: Port Authority K8000LS only; minimum 6.2 oz., 100% cotton, flat knit collar and cuffs, 3-button placket, matching buttons, and side vents. Estimated quantities: 300 in S–XL combined; 100 each in 2XL, 3XL, and 4XL. Colors: Black, Navy, Oxford Heather, Sterling Grey, and True Royal.
Ordering and pricing: Quantities are estimates, with orders placed as needed through December 31, 2026; individual orders may be as small as one shirt. Please provide firm unit prices by size and color, including freight.
Delivery: 5–10 days after order receipt for white S–XL shirts; 7–10 days for all other items. Receiving hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Central, excluding holidays.
