Freshness: Fresh, never frozen; protect against crushing and damage. No stale or near-expiration products.
Delivery: As needed on Mondays and Thursdays, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. CT, excluding holidays, to six onsite locations: Camp C, Camp D, Camp F, Main Prison East Yard, Main Prison West Yard, and Canteen Warehouse.
Pricing: Quote each bread type per loaf, including all delivery charges, with the brand and product specifications offered. Prices must remain firm from award through June 30, 2027; quantities are estimates and are not guaranteed.
