Scope: Inspect, test, certify, tag, document, and report on backflow prevention assemblies across campus.
Estimated quantity: Approximately 206 annual backflow inspections, plus approximately 25 retests as needed after failed inspections.
Device types: Domestic, fire protection, irrigation, and other testable assemblies.
Requirements: Provide licensed Louisiana personnel with current WSPS endorsement, calibrated test equipment, individual test reports, deficiency logs, and updated inventory information.
Schedule: Normal working hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, with shutdowns coordinated at least 72 hours in advance.
