What the job is
Training: Develop and deliver 42–72 hours of modules covering required superintendent leadership topics and educator ethics, with module descriptions ready before delivery or by July 1 each year.
Staffing: Provide facilitators with at least five years of experience in their assigned topics, trained in assessment, observation, documentation, and performance reporting.
Coaching and assessment: Assign each participant an executive coach/mentor and assess proficiency in each required module; provide alternative learning hours for approved module exceptions.
Administration: Manage enrollment notifications, participant rosters, progress tracking, final performance reports, and completion surveys with aggregate results.
Service period: July 1, 2027–June 30, 2028, with two potential two-year renewals.
Pricing: Provide itemized annual pricing for the initial year and renewal years, including all travel and expenses, within a maximum annual budget of $200,000.
