What the job is
Staffing: One designated paralegal to attend all board meetings and support counsel; no substitute or additional paralegals.

Qualifications: Paralegal studies degree from a regionally accredited institution, with transcript required. Administrative law, professional licensing, and legal drafting experience preferred.

Rate: Specified compensation is $40 per hour.
Insurance: General liability of $1 million per occurrence/$2 million aggregate and professional liability of $1 million per claim; automobile liability of $1 million if applicable.
