Large excavator and hydraulic ram: Minimum 170 hp, 1.5–3 cubic yard bucket, with two excavators available when needed; estimated 35 hours. Compatible hydraulic ram rated at least 5,000 ft-lb; estimated 5 hours.
Small excavator and ram: Minimum 90 hp, 19-foot digging depth, 1–2 cubic yard bucket, and 18,000 lb bucket digging force; zero-turn preferred, with two available when needed; estimated 5 hours. Compatible ram attachment rated at least 3,000 lb; estimated 5 hours.
Dump trucks: Highway-use tandem trucks with 15 cubic yard capacity and articulated trucks with 40-ton capacity, tailgate, minimum 460 hp, and 152,500 lb GVW; up to six of each available when needed, estimated 5 hours per type. Tri-axle dump trucks: estimated 45 hours.
Escort trucks: 4WD with flashing safety lights for emergency snow removal; two available when needed; estimated 5 hours.
Rates and availability: Provide hourly rates including operators, fuel, lubrication, maintenance, repairs, and routine mobilization/demobilization. Work is as needed through November 30, 2027; quantities are estimates, with an eight-hour minimum per work order. Confirm routine response time and ability to begin emergency work within 48 hours.
