Track excavator: Estimated 700 hours; minimum 145 HP, 25-ft boom, 46,000-lb operating weight, 1.5-cu-yd bucket, and 42-inch toothed rock bucket; hydraulic thumb or grapple available.
Long-reach excavator: Estimated 30 hours; minimum 50-ft boom, 140 HP, 48,000-lb operating weight, and 1-cu-yd bucket; hydraulic thumb or grapple available.
Tree mulching attachments: Estimated 400 hours for a minimum 24-inch cutting head and 5 hours for a minimum 36-inch head; both with 90-degree tilt mounts and compatible excavators.
Dump truck: Estimated 300 hours; highway-use tandem truck with minimum 350 HP and 16-ft bed.
Tracked skid steer: Estimated 40 hours; minimum 70 HP with high-flow hydraulics, bucket, heavy-duty forks, and scrap grapple bucket. Quote 24-inch and 40-inch cold planers with hydraulic side shift separately.
Traffic control: Estimated 300 person-hours; up to six flaggers, including warning signs, paddles, PPE, and setup.
Additional equipment: Excavators, breakers, crawler tractors, articulated truck, wheel loader, vibratory roller, milling machine, motor grader, road wideners, tree trimmer, escort truck, light plant, mowing attachment, vibratory ripper, and 55-ton truck-mounted crane; estimated 5 hours per item.
Service period: December 1, 2026–December 31, 2027; work requested as needed. Hours are estimates, with an eight-hour minimum per work order.
Rates: Include operators except for light plants, fuel, lubrication, maintenance, repairs, and routine delivery/removal. List equipment manufacturers and models and separate attachment rates.
Emergency availability: Ability to begin work within 48 hours of notification; $750 mobilization payment per equipment unit that arrives and begins work within 24 hours.
