What they need
AC dielectric testingUpper boom: 69 kV for 180 seconds; lower boom insulator: 50 kV for 180 seconds; individual basket liners: 35 kV for 60 seconds; hydraulic insulating oil: 21 kV breakdown test. Include bonding of upper-boom components.
Structural testingMagnetic particle testing of critical welds and ultrasonic testing of critical structural components, with written test verification. Testing must meet current OSHA requirements.
ScheduleAnnual testing in August, Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding holidays. Equipment remains onsite; no transport required.
PricingProvide separate per-unit prices for structural and AC dielectric testing, including travel to all locations. Replacement basket liners are supplied and installed by the customer; free retesting applies only to failures caused by the testing vendor.
