What the job is
Scope: Site assessments, boundary and topographic surveys, property and easement support, restoration design, modeling, native vegetation plans, and permitting.
Project support: Construction oversight, adaptive management, and post-construction monitoring for at least 7 years for streams and 10 years for wetlands. Construction work is excluded.
Team: Kentucky-registered civil engineer, stream and wetland restoration designer, aquatic biologist, land surveyor, and attorney.
Schedule: As-needed assignments through December 31, 2027, with individual project designs expected within 4–7 months. Project quantities are undetermined, and work is not guaranteed.
