Phasing: Maintain building operations and coordinate work around academic schedules.
Budget and schedule: $8 million total design and construction budget; final design targeted for February 2027 and construction start for June 2027. Schedule to be confirmed.
Licensing: Kentucky-registered architects and engineers required.
