What the job is
Equipment: Specified 80,000 BTU, single-stage, 96% AFUE gas furnaces; minimum 14 SEER, SEER2-compliant R-32 cooling systems; matched Carrier cased coils; and brand-matching programmable thermostats. Verify sizing with load calculations.
Installation: Include new copper line sets, media filter cabinets, duct transitions, venting repairs, gas connections, condensate drains with overflow protection, A2L detection sensors, and electrical disconnects/whips as required. Reuse existing condenser pads and install a T-Rex 3 ft. x 3 ft. security cage at each home.
Site conditions: Homes range from 982–1,127 sq. ft.; 12 have basements and one has a crawl space.
Completion: Include permits, inspections, testing, commissioning, cleanup, equipment registration, minimum five-year parts coverage, and a one-year workmanship warranty. Complete all sites within 30 calendar days of authorization to start.
