What the job is
Services: Provide waste treatment, solidification, transportation to final disposal, and approved landfill disposal, including required testing and permits.
Receiving facility: Located within Wichita city limits, within a 35-mile round trip from Plant 2, with safe truck access and receiving hours of at least 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Monday–Friday.
Pickup: Provide equipment for will-call scum pit pickups, with a minimum capacity of 1,000–1,200 gallons per load. Include decanting and off-loading free water at Plant 2.
Cleaning: High-pressure wash delivery vehicles, debris bodies, floats, and valves using clean, non-potable water; include dumping-area cleanup.
Disposal standards: Solidified waste must pass Paint Filter Liquids Test Method 9095. Include necessary waste analysis and disposal fees.
Pricing and term: Provide time, equipment, and materials rates for treatment and disposal, plus a separate per-load pickup charge, for one year with two optional annual renewals.
