Pressure washers: Stainless steel; at least 3.5 gallons per minute at 2,000 PSI; adjustable heat up to 200°F; at least 5 HP, 208/230V single-phase motor; belt-driven triplex pump.
Accessories: Include a 50-foot hose, dual-lance gun, nozzles, and hose reel with high-pressure washers.
Parts washers: Front-loading, water-based electric cabinet, Alkota AL3040 or comparable; 220V single-phase; at least 1 HP pump; approximately 40-gallon reservoir; 4.5 kW heater.
Tank features: At least a 30-inch turntable with 1,000 lb capacity, 16 spray nozzles, oil skimmer, automatic fill, and operation at 150–170°F.
Installation: Disconnect existing units, install replacements, replace flues as needed, check utility compatibility, and provide manuals, one training day per delivery location, and at least a one-year warranty.
