What the job is
- Scope: Remove and replace sealant at precast panel joints, door/window perimeters, louvers, wall penetrations, coping joints, concrete-to-wall joints, and sidewalk expansion joints.
- Cleaning/sealing: Clean and seal exposed precast wall panels; clean exposed embossed metal wall panels with 3,000 PSI continuous water spray.
- Specified materials: Pecora 890NST silicone, Sika Sikaflex-15 LM, Sika Sikaflex-2c NS EZ Mix+, Prosoco Enviro Klean SafRestorer, and Prosoco SL100.
- Access: Lift may be required; work around entries/exits must be before or after normal facility operating hours.
- Schedule: Work is expected to start in September 2026, with substantial completion by December 31, 2026.
