What the job is
Schedule: One unarmed security officer, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, 365 days per year
Duties: Monitor surveillance, alarms, and controlled access; complete shift logs; notify emergency and facilities personnel as needed
Patrols: Interior patrol of the Main Courthouse and at least two exterior patrols of the listed properties per shift
Qualifications: Minimum five years of similar experience; company and guards must meet Wichita licensing requirements and pass required background checks and drug testing
Term: Three years with two optional one-year renewals
Insurance: Required liability, workers’ compensation, automobile, and umbrella coverage
