Interior lead work: Stabilize paint on two basement beams and the basement stairway ceiling, then apply two coats of interior paint.
Exterior lead work: Stabilize paint on upper trim, eaves, soffits, and fascia, then apply two coats of exterior paint. Install landscape edging and 6 inches of mulch over exposed soil along the sides of the house.
Containment and cleanup: Provide lead-safe containment, waste removal, and cleaning sufficient to pass clearance testing.
Home repairs: Replace the basement water heater and install a bathroom ventilation fan.
Alternate price: Quote back-caulked aluminum coil stock and unvented soffit panels with sealed seams in place of the exterior trim painting.
