Camera inspections: Use your own crew and equipment, crawler cameras with turning heads for pipes 6 inches and larger, and push cameras for pipes 4 inches and smaller; provide labeled pipe-section videos on DVD or USB and same-day findings.
Monthly maintenance: Clean main sewer branch lines at Union Drive Market Place, Seasons/Maple Willow Larch Commons, Conversations/Oak-Elm, and Friley Windows, including return visits for clogs between monthly cleanings.
Response: Provide same-day or next-day routine service, emergency availability at all hours with arrival within one hour or an agreed time, and capability to enter confined spaces.
