Qualifications: Minimum five years of testing experience and current IDOT Quality Assurance Complete prequalification for HMA, aggregate, PCC, and aggregate testing.
Services: QA/QC management, field and laboratory testing, soil borings, pavement coring, compaction analysis, certified technicians, and traffic control.
Standards: Testing and reporting must comply with applicable IDOT, ASTM, AASHTO, and local procedures.
Staffing: Provide a dedicated project manager and sufficient personnel for short-notice assignments, including up to four technicians per day.
Term: Initial term through December 31, 2028, with three optional one-year extensions.
Pricing: Include labor, equipment, testing, traffic control, travel, mileage, reporting, ancillary charges, and option-year increases.
