What the job is
Schedule: Service through June 30, 2028, with a potential renewal through June 30, 2030. Routine hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with three business days’ advance notice and completion within a five-business-day closure window.
Emergency coverage: Available 24/7 with arrival within two hours; business or staff must be within a two-hour drive of the sites.
Pricing: Provide pricing by location and separate overtime, Sunday, and holiday hourly rates. Include prevailing wages, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, disposal, and traffic protection; travel time is not separately payable.
Performance: Perform services directly without subcontractors.
