What the job is
Scope: As-needed services for Hirsch systems and compatible components and accessories, including design drawings, installation, repairs, maintenance, and licensing.
Term: Four years beginning January 1, 2027, or upon final agreement execution, whichever is later.
Qualifications: Licensed Hirsch dealer or manufacturer and authorized AXIS or equivalent distributor; labor performed by your own employees.
Response times: Within 8 hours for routine service and 2 hours for emergencies.
Pricing: Provide regional hourly rates for each year for design, weekday daytime service, evenings/Saturdays, and Sundays/holidays, plus annual and renewal license fees. Include tools, vehicles, overhead, and profit in labor rates; incidental materials supplied at cost.
