What the job is
Acreage and term: 92.10 acres of hay for crop years 2027–2031; lease runs March 1, 2027 through February 28, 2032.
Harvesting: Up to three cuttings annually, July 1 through October 1, with a minimum mowing height of 10 inches.
Baling: Work from the field center outward, clean equipment before mowing/baling, and remove bales within two weeks.
Field maintenance: Control invasive weeds within and immediately adjacent to fields; maintain required soil fertility and provide second-year soil testing. Dicamba and biosolids are prohibited.
Operating costs: Include all labor, machinery, supplies, and required insurance. Leasehold taxes are payable separately by the lessee.
Pricing: Provide annual lease rent per acre and annual totals for each year, 2027–2031, plus the five-year total, excluding taxes.
