What the job is
Harvest requirements: One hay cutting annually between July 1 and August 1; maintain at least 10 inches of stubble, bale from the field center outward, and remove bales within 7 days.
Field maintenance: Provide labor, equipment, fertilizer, and invasive weed control in and immediately adjacent to fields. Clean equipment before mowing and baling; Dicamba is prohibited.
Operating costs: Lessee pays annual rent and leasehold taxes and carries required liability, auto, and workers’ compensation insurance.
Pricing: Quote annual rent per acre and annual totals for each crop year, plus the five-year total, excluding leasehold taxes.
