  • QualificationsAt least three years of business management/operation experience; liability, auto, and workers’ compensation insurance required.
  • Term and pricingInitial term January 1, 2027, or final execution if later, through December 31, 2031, with up to five renewal years. Quote annual rent you would pay for each initial and renewal year; anticipated rent is at least $3,000 annually.
