Scope: Inspect elevators, escalators, chairlifts, and dumbwaiters; witness annual traction elevator no-load tests, hydraulic pressure tests, and one full-load traction elevator test during the three-year term.
Qualifications: Inspectors must hold a current Illinois Qualified Elevator Inspector license.
Pricing: Provide hourly rates covering all locations; the work is inspections only.
