What the job is
Service period: January 1, 2027–December 31, 2031.
Testing: Self-collected three-site chlamydia/gonorrhea NAAT testing (urine or vaginal, throat, and rectal), plus whole wet blood testing for syphilis antibody, HIV-1/2 antibody and p24 antigen, and HCV antibody.
Kit fulfillment: Direct-to-individual and bulk ordering; ship within three business days, with collection supplies and prepaid return shipping included.
Laboratory: CLIA-certified testing within two business days of specimen receipt, with validated assays and HIPAA-compliant results access.
Clinical support: Secure clinician consultations within three business days of positive results, confirmatory testing referrals, treatment coordination, and chlamydia prescribing with expedited partner therapy.
Online services and outreach: Ordering webpage with eligibility/risk screening, individual and partner portals, monthly data and satisfaction reports, and social media advertising at least twice monthly.
Pricing: Please provide all-inclusive per-kit rates covering testing, shipping, consultations, portals, reporting, and advertising, fixed for the first year. Services must be free to participants.
