What the job is
Pruning: Prioritize safety and tree health; retain healthy branches and leaves on at least two-thirds of each tree’s height. Limit pruning to 25%–33% unless approved in advance.
Cleanup: Shred and haul away all trimmings and debris daily to an approved disposal site.
Schedule: Complete within five working days, Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., excluding holidays. No overnight equipment or vehicle storage.
Safety: Provide signs and barricades while maintaining vehicle and pedestrian access.
Qualifications and insurance: Hawaii C-27 or C-27B license; general liability coverage of $1 million per occurrence/$2 million aggregate and automobile liability coverage of $1 million per occurrence.
Pricing: Itemize each of the three areas and taxes; include labor, equipment, transportation, disposal, and all applicable costs.
