Coordination: Hold monthly project progress meetings, coordinate Core Partner and General Membership meetings monthly or as needed, and collaborate with workgroups to advance plan goals.
Support and reporting: Manage partner communications, meeting documentation, follow-up, and milestone tracking; provide monthly written progress summaries and a final accomplishments and recommendations report.
Qualifications: Must be based in Maui County, available for in-person meetings as needed, and experienced in community partnership facilitation and Hawaii child and family issues. Include comparable projects from the past two years.
Pricing: Provide costs by major deliverable or month and a proposed timeline, including applicable Hawaii General Excise Tax and all fees, within a total budget of $35,000.
