Kolowalu Park security servicesmonthly pricing for 36 months for Kolowalu Mauka Park and Kolowalu Makai Park at 1150 Queen Street, including the designated off-leash dog park.
Staffing and patrol requirementsone roving licensed security guard to patrol the premises seven days per week, including holidays; one licensed security guard on call 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including holidays; foot patrols at least once every three hours; and one employee to open and close Kolowalu Dog Park gates during posted hours, currently 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Operational requirementsprovide marked patrol vehicle, uniforms, assigned cellular phones, daily digital logs, incident reporting, citation support, outreach coordination, abandoned property support, staff training in non-crisis intervention and park rules, and a dedicated Site Manager available 24/7 with response within one hour.
