AssessmentsComprehensive assessments for ages 12–17 and focused updates to assessments completed within the past year. Include validated assessment tools, caregiver interviews, diagnostic impressions, and treatment recommendations addressing mental health, substance use, trauma, and family functioning.
DeliveryAssess youth at community locations, schools, placement sites, and detention or correctional facilities as needed. Submit reports within 10 working days after assessment completion and provide phone or virtual consultations upon request.
QualificationsApplicable Hawaii clinical licenses, five years of adolescent assessment experience, and three years serving adolescents and families in the juvenile justice system.
