What the job is
Scope: Finalize position criteria, coordinate advertising, source and screen candidates, manage interviews, and assist with selection, compensation negotiations, and onboarding.
Checks: Conduct background checks and at least three reference checks for each finalist.
Timeline: Begin promptly after engagement and complete the search within 4–6 months; estimated service period November 30, 2026–May 1, 2027.
Experience: At least five years of executive search experience for large, complex organizations, with searches for at least three such organizations within the past five years. Primary contact must have Hawaii business experience.
Meetings: Attend in person or virtually Monday–Friday during 7:45 a.m.–4:30 p.m. HST.
Pricing: Provide a fixed, lump-sum fee including all service costs, fees, and applicable taxes; exclude advertising placement costs, which are paid separately.
