What the job is
Compliance support: Stormwater and water quality, oil and hazardous material/waste storage, wastewater tracking, and contaminated sites.
Field services: Construction plan reviews; construction, tenant, facility, and stormwater structure inspections; sampling and laboratory water quality testing.
Management support: Permit and plan renewals, revisions, annual reporting, environmental asset mapping, training, web-based system support, and technical writing.
Term and pricing: As-needed assignments over five years, billed on a time-and-materials basis. Please provide labor rates by classification and anticipated reimbursable costs.
Qualifications: Hawaii business registration and current professional licenses appropriate to the work.
Insurance: General liability of $1 million per occurrence/$2 million aggregate; automobile liability of $1 million per accident; professional liability of $1 million per claim/$2 million annual aggregate.
