What the job is
Scope: Accept yard waste as delivered, without presorting, and process and dispose of it in an eco-friendly manner.
Volume: Estimated 75,000–80,000 tons annually; typically 8–12 truckloads daily, approximately 6–8 tons per load. Must accommodate variable volumes and storm-related surges without volume limits.
Truck types: 32-cubic-yard trash compactors, 30-cubic-yard grapple trucks, and 15–18-cubic-yard tandem axle dump trucks.
Receiving hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; provide a trip/dump ticket for each delivery.
Processing and storage: Meet applicable processing, storage, and disposal requirements; 90% of material cannot be stockpiled for more than 60 consecutive days.
Pricing and term: Quote per truckload for each truck type for years 1–5, including all charges. Initial term is one year, with four optional annual renewals.
