Furniture: Student and staff seating, desks, tables, bookcases, cabinets, storage units, and classroom carpets; specified HON, Artco Bell, Scholarcraft, AMTAB, Childcraft, and other listed models or documented equivalents.
Pricing: Provide itemized unit pricing based on estimated quantities, manufacturer catalog discounts, and hourly rates for additional services. Include standard finishes and fabrics; quantities are not guaranteed.
Delivery and installation: Include freight, unloading, assembly, placement, floor protection, and same-day packaging removal. Warehouse stock orders require boxed, palletized delivery without assembly or installation.
Project support: Include an on-site project manager and staff interior design professional for applicable orders, including site measurements, layouts, and CAD/3D drawings as requested.
Product requirements: Factory-integrated, non-marring felt glides or equivalent for furniture with legs on VCT/LVT floors; retrofit glides are unacceptable. Identify GREENGUARD Gold or equivalent products where available.
Lead times and warranty: State standard and July–August lead times and warranty coverage, including at least 120 days against defects and shipping damage. Pricing must remain firm for one year.
