Operating costs: Include labor, inventory, equipment, maintenance, POS processing, insurance, licensing, and overhead.
Financial terms: Include venue revenue shares of at least 20% for concessions, 15% for catering, 15% for suite hospitality, and 35% for alcohol/premium bars, calculated before operating expenses and excluding collected sales taxes. Specify an annual guaranteed return, initial capital investment, and annual student-program and maintenance funding.
