Coverage: Open one stand per active quad at Tom Martin and the central stand during scheduled activities at Berl Huffman, including evenings and weekends. Service runs from 30 minutes before the first game through the final game.
Menu: Provide meals, snacks, water, non-alcoholic beverages, and healthier options, with a proposed menu and prices.
Operating responsibilities: Supply staffing, inventory, equipment beyond confirmed existing items, permits, sanitation, and a computerized POS system with connectivity and sales reporting. Existing authorized utilities are provided.
Financial terms: Operator pays minimum rent of $2,000 monthly per Tom Martin stand and $1,000 monthly for Berl Huffman, totaling $108,000 annually. Include proposed rent and any additional revenue share.
Term: One year with four optional one-year extensions.
